A Breakfast to Remember!

Come and enjoy delicious local produce at the Mayor Robert Lefebvre’s Breakfast during the Expo Hawkesbury. The mayor will give a state of the city address that will inform you on past performance and provide a vision of what is to come for the Municipality. Breakfast will be done by 9:45am so you can be the first to enjoy the Expo!

Art-venture Workshop

Watercolor poppies workshop with Ann Brosseau

Youths and adults are invited to experience the joy of painting a semi-abstract watercolor of poppy flowers, in honour of Remembrance Day. No artistic experience is required - beginners are welcome.  Youngsters can submit their work to the Legion’s art contest for a chance to win a prize. Bring your enthusiasm, we’ll provide everything else!

Meet Montreal Radio Legend Ted Bird !

Montreal radio legend Ted Bird will be gracing the Hot Country 107.7 booth with his presence!

Get ready to meet the man behind the microphone, the voice that's been a part of your mornings for years. Ted Bird will be there to chat, take photos, and share stories with all of you.

Art-venture Workshop

Flowers in acrylic workshop with Christine Lenoir Godin

Beginning with a two-toned background, participants will paint a single red poppy with one small sunflower and one orange daisy. Participants will take away a lightweight, finished work on a 8x10 canvas or board. Open to all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Art-venture Workshop

Demonstration : Embodying the sentiment of sport one imprint at a time with Samantha Woj

Painting silhouette outlines of athletes using sports equipment as a paintbrush. Each painting will be created using sports equipment, such as a hockey puck, a hockey stick, a figure skate or ski goggles, created on cardboard with black paint.

Face Painting

Looking for a fun and unique way to entertain your kids at Expo Hawkesbury?

Our talented face painter will transform your little ones into cosmic canvases, with glittering stars, sparkling galaxies, and other fun designs. It’s the perfect chance for your kids to show off their individual style and let their inner cosmic beauty shine.

So come on down and let our skilled face painter turn your kids into works of art! It’s sure to be a memorable experience for all!

Mini Zumbini

Stephanie will get your little ones (ages 0 to 4) moving in a mini Zumbini session at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday!

Art-venture Workshop

Snowman charm workshop with Line Labrecque

Participants are invited to make small snowman "charms" in polymer clay, with instructions. Finished charms must be baked for one hour, participants must return to collect their creation after baking.

Art-venture Workshop

Holiday card printmaking workshop with Tina Petrovicz

Try out printmaking and create a holiday card in a workshop lead by artist Tina Petrovicz! This family friendly activity is open to ages 5 to 100, where you can make a plate and create your own card to take home. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
